Overthinking everything? Feeling constantly on edge? Let’s change it.
“I thought I just needed to ‘get a grip’ but I couldn’t switch off. Sam helped me see what was actually going on and gave me ways to deal with it. I feel a lot calmer and don’t spiral the way I used to.”
— 45-year-old client
Why Adult Anxiety Doesn’t Just '‘Go Away’'
Most adults don’t wake up one day and think, “I have anxiety.” It builds quietly. More overthinking. More tension. Less patience. Poor sleep. Constant mental noise. You keep functioning. You keep showing up. You keep telling yourself you should be able to cope. But it never fully settles. Anxiety in adulthood often hides behind capability. You can hold down a job. Manage a family. Keep everything moving. But inside, it feels like you’re always switched on. That’s why I created this structured 4-week programme. Not endless therapy. Not vague advice. But focused, practical work that helps you understand your anxiety pattern, calm your nervous system, and regain a sense of control. Because when adults feel steadier, clearer and more in control, everything else starts to shift.
How We Work Together
We usually work over a number of sessions, building understanding, practical tools and real change step by step. All designed for adults who are ready to interrupt persistent stress patterns and regain emotional control.
Each week combines structured talking therapy, practical psychological tools and guided hypnosis. Where appropriate, we also use targeted eye-movement and memory-processing techniques to help reduce the emotional intensity of distressing experiences and repetitive thought loops.
This isn’t about endless discussion or surface-level coping strategies.
It’s about working at both conscious and subconscious levels so change feels deeper, steadier and sustainable.
Each session builds on the last, giving you clarity, regulation skills and measurable progress.
You don’t have to go over everything in detail.
We focus on what’s actually keeping things going , so we can start shifting it, rather than just talking about it.
Some people come in worried they won’t know what to say, or that they’ll have to explain everything perfectly. You don’t. We work with what’s there and move forward from it.
Anxiety Reset 4 session Block: £260 (individual sessions £70)

Week 1: Understanding Your Anxiety Pattern
We start by understanding how your anxiety actually works. your triggers, patterns and responses, so things begin to make more sense and feel more manageable. This session includes guided hypnosis to begin calming the nervous system and lowering baseline tension.
Week 2: Regulating the Nervous System
Anxiety is not just mental, it’s physiological. This week focuses on retraining your stress response. You’ll learn practical regulation tools alongside deeper mind-body work to reduce overactivation and restore a sense of steadiness. We begin working on interrupting automatic responses at their root.
Week 3: Reducing Overthinking & Emotional Triggers
We work directly with intrusive thoughts, catastrophising and self-criticism. Using structured psychological techniques and targeted memory-processing work, we reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences and repetitive thought patterns. This is where clients often notice a significant drop in mental Noise
Week 4: Strengthening Confidence & Future Stability
We consolidate progress, reinforce calmer responses through hypnosis, and develop a forward plan to prevent relapse into old patterns. By this stage, anxiety typically feels more manageable, predictable and no longer in control.
Ready to Feel More in Control Again?
If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in your head or constantly switched on, and you know something needs to shift this is your starting point. An initial consultation gives you space to talk through what’s going on, ask questions, and decide whether the programme feels like the right fit for you. You don’t need to have all the answers before you start. You don’t need to explain everything. You just need to be ready for things to feel different.
