What do you actually do?

I help people overcome stress, anxiety, bad habits, phobias, and self-doubt using a mix of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, and Mindset Coaching. My approach is practical and results-driven, no overcomplication, just real strategies that work.

Do I have to talk about everything?

No, and this is something a lot of people worry about. You don’t have to go into detail about everything that’s happened. We focus on what’s happening now and what’s keeping things going, so we can start shifting it without having to go over it all.

What if I don’t know what to say?

That’s completely normal. A lot of people come in feeling like that. You don’t need to have everything figured out or explained perfectly, we’ll work with what’s there and take it from there.

What happens in a session?

Each session is tailored to you, but we don’t just sit and go over things again and again. We focus on what’s actually keeping the issue going and work on practical ways to shift it. If we use hypnosis, I’ll guide you into a relaxed, focused state where your mind becomes more open to change , nothing out of your control, just a calmer way of working.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

Not at all. You’re fully aware and in control the whole time—hypnotherapy isn’t like what you see in movies. It’s simply a focused, relaxed state where your mind is more open to positive change.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what you’re working on. Some people notice shifts quickly, even after one session. Others benefit from a short block of sessions (usually around 4–6). We’ll keep it focused, no dragging things out longer than needed.

Can you guarantee results?

Everyone’s different, so I can’t promise exact results, but I can promise a practical, supportive approach that focuses on real change, not just talking about the problem. If you’re ready to engage with the process, things can shift.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes! I offer both in-person and online sessions via Zoom, so no matter where you are, we can work together.
